Drawing a modern version of the symbol ‘Yin Yang’

How to draw a modern yin yang symbol is what I set out to achieve in this tutorial. I wanted to add a new perspectieve on an ancient chinese symbol and add meaning to this symbol which is based on the taoistic principle of unity and harmony of opposite powers.
